Brief: Design a creative and unique conference experience and support the
content production of a flagship event.
Event Overview:
This two-day flagship conference brought together a global audience of clients, partners and industry leaders for an immersive exploration of AI, CX and digital transformation. Hosted at Allianz Stadium Twickenham, the venue was reimagined into a fully bespoke technology campus, featuring a large-scale expo, live broadcast studio, interactive activations and networking suites that empowered delegates to shape their own journey.
Headline speakers including Sir Tim Berners-Lee and Jonny Wilkinson delivered powerful, insight-led content, while hands-on AI experiences and gamified installations made complex technology engaging and accessible. The event culminated in an exclusive Kaiser Chiefs performance on the stadium pitch, creating a shared, high-energy finale that redefined the traditional conference format.
The event delivered outstanding results, achieving 50% growth in attendance, a 35% increase in registrations, and a 95% satisfaction rate. With significant uplift in senior-level engagement and a strong pipeline impact.
